Before We Arrive
What your space needs for mobile installation
Mobile tire service works almost anywhere — but a few simple conditions keep the job safe and fast. Here's what makes an ideal setup, and what we can't work on.
Room to work around the vehicle
We need roughly 10 feet of clearance on the side we're servicing so the technician can jack the vehicle, remove wheels, and run the mounting and balancing equipment safely. A standard driveway, garage apron, parking space, or open lot works perfectly.
Level, firm ground
The vehicle must sit on level, solid ground so the jack and stands stay stable while a wheel is off. Flat concrete or asphalt is ideal. We can't safely lift a vehicle parked on a steep slope, soft dirt, gravel, grass, or an uneven surface.
Accessible, safely parked spot
Park where we can pull up alongside you — a home driveway, a workplace lot, or a legal street spot away from traffic. For safety we do not service vehicles on highways or freeway shoulders; if you're stranded there, get to a safely parked surface-street location first.
Weather & shade
We work seven days a week through the Arizona heat, but a shaded spot keeps you and your vehicle comfortable during the appointment. In heavy rain or storms we may reschedule a job for safety — we'll always call ahead if conditions are a concern.
No power or water needed
Our mobile setup is fully self-contained — we bring the jack, torque tools, mounting machine, and computer balancer with us. You don't need to provide electricity, an air compressor, or water. Just the space and access.
What we can't service on-site
We can't work on vehicles inside a cramped garage with no clearance, in an active traffic lane, or on a surface that won't safely support a jack. If your situation is borderline, send us a photo and we'll tell you honestly before we roll out.
